Confusion


"Confusion" Thinking

Confusion
is just a state of mind,
and it happens to me,
all of the time.

Is it my age?
Am I getting to old?
Or is it my brain,
just sitting there on hold?

I go to bed wondering,
hoping to wake up and know.
Do I wear red or blue today,
which way should I go?

Do I start my day with cereal or a muffin?
Or perhaps just an egg and some toast?
Its little things like this,
That confuse me the most!

Is today Monday or Tuesday?
I can't remember the day.
Do I have to go to school?
Or can I go play?

Confusion....
The Doc says it will pass.
But if it don't happen soon,
I may fall on my ass!
